Free Cancellation

Free booking cancellation up to 42 days before arrival.

The free cancellation policy will have a free cancellation window. Normally will be 30days or less. After the cancellation window you will be charged the amount of the payment schedule.
Cancellation is free at the cancellation window. After that, any refund will be not available.
In case of travel restrictions, you can cancel for free at the cancellation window. After that we will issue a 16 month travel voucher with the amount you have payed.
Payments must be placed at least 24hours before the payment date. If you pay later you must include a payment note for us to process your payment.
In case you miss a payment we will wait 24-48 hours to receive the payment. After that time the reservation will be cancelled and any payment made until that date will be not refundable.
In case you are not able to pay at the date of the scheduled payment , then please inform us to reschedule the payment.
